Most of our products are new direct from the factory ,however we do buy in collections and single items that are Obsolete.Genereally these items are in New/Mint condition unless stated even though they maybe Old. Second choice models will be displayed as so.

Shipping:
All models will be sent special delivery in the uk,delivery next day. All models sent to europe will be sent via our selected Courier. All items insured and trackable.
All items shipped by Tekno Collectors Club trucks are packed to the highest standards using high quality packing materials Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Returns Policy:
We offer a no quibble money back guarantee where any model is returned in the condition supplied within seven days of receipt. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Items which are received damaged
- Customer returns the model to us on his cost
- The cost will then be put as a “postage credit” on
their account which can be deducted against a future order.
- If models are to be exchanged, model must be received
first in-house before exchange is done.
- If models are opted to be repaired, no refunds or compensation permitted until supplier advise whether model can be repaired or not.
